Body Gospel is a very good workout. I got mine as a present and it was amazing.
I have been very curious about this for a very long time but I haven’t bought it because I have more than a dozen home workouts here at the apartment. So when my sister gave it to me, I couldn’t help but smile. I finally got it after weeks of looking at it. I was impressed really with this. It was everything I had hoped for and the music is very good.
With this, I no longer need the gym. I also feel a lot more confident about myself. This is very good and will always be one of my fave workouts. When done with the Shakeology program, it would be very easy to get the flab. This is a must try. Better try this one. If you love gospel get this one now.
